Obituary of Alonzo Luse

Bedford Alonzo Bill Luse, 93, of 601 Oolitic Rd., Bedford, died at 8:33 am on Monday, October 16, 2006 at his residence. Born December 4, 1912 in Goodland, IN, he was the son of Frank and Jenny (Coates) Luse. He married Neva June May on August 5, 1939 and she survives. He retired as Principal of Bedford North Lawrence High School and was a member of the Avoca Baptist Church for over sixty years. Survivors include his wife, Neva June of Bedford; one son, Jon Luse of Scottsburg, IN; two daughters, Jill Orender, of Bedford and Jaynee Simmerman of Oolitic; ten grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Jolene Luse; five sisters and one brother. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Friday, October 20th at the Avoca Baptist Church with Rev. Kyle Witmer and Rev. Bob Kirkman officiating.
