So sorry for the loss of Joe.I used to work with him at Salvation Army Store in Bloomington.I couldn't ask for a better caring person.He made us all laugh he made our day.He used to give our boss Doug Skinner and everyone something to laugh about everyday.We all were one big family. I am so sorry to learn of Joe's passing. I was a customer of his at The Salvation Army, and always enjoyed chatting with him when I found him on duty in the store. He had a wry sense of humor, was lively, upbeat, and very perceptive. We shared many a spirited conversation, and I know that other customers looked forward to talking with him as much as I did: Joe had many, many friends among the people he served with such flair and graciousness, and he will be greatly missed by all of us.
