To The Family, I want to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. I also want to share the comfort of John 5:28,29 where we are promised that those who have fallen asleep in death have the hope of receiving a "resurrection" back to life. Life on an earth restored to a beautiful paradise. Psalms 37:11 says, "The meek ones themselves will possess the earth, and they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace." I am sad to learn of Rudy's passing. Rudy, Raymond and I played together as young boys many a time. So many times the brothers would stop by our house, get a cold drink from our deep water well and track on to Gulletts Creek for a swim. Most of the time they were with Joe and Tom Kirkman who lived between them and us. My, my the memories. Remembering also the great and fun times we had at Needmore school. My thoughts are with the family. God bless you all.

Sorry to hear about Rudy. Hard to believe! The first yard I ever mowed was at his and Raymond's home. Betty, take care of yourself--my Mother always considered you to be a really good friend. Bob Crider told me Rudy was one of the best men he ever knew and hated to see him retire. Another good NHS graduate!
