Obituary of Marsha Evon Brown

Bedford- Marsha Evon (Brashear) Brown, 60, of 2418 U.S. Highway 50 East died at 7:30 P.M. on Friday, December 26, 2008 at the Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Born November 11, 1948 she was the daughter of Leo and Edna (Brown) Brashear. She married Edward Brown on November 24, 1967 and he survives. Marsha was a member of the Second Baptist Church in Bedford, an avid bowler she participated in several local bowling leagues. She retired from General Motors and was a member of the UAW local #440.
Survivors include her husband Edward of Bedford; two daughters Yvonne Brown of Indianapolis, and Missy Lloyd and her husband Bill of Bedford; one son Edward (Bobby) Brown and his wife Sarah of Indianapolis; seven grandchildren: Jessicka Brown, Logan Brown, J.J. Jones, Isaac Brown, Jasmine Brown, Eleanor Brown, Sampson Brown, and a baby due in January; one great grandchild due in March; four brothers Paul Brashear of Dallas, Texas, Thomas Brashear and Jean of Bedford, Johnny Brashear and Mary of Bedford, Dennis Brashear and Janet of Ellettsville; three sisters Shirley Pace and Nick of Bedford, Rita Brashear of Bedford, and Helen Hughes and Edmond of Ocean Spring Mississippi, father in law George Brown, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, maternal and paternal grandparents and her mother in law Frances Brown. Funeral Information
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 30th at the First Assembly of God Church in Bedford with Rev. Donald Griffin and Rev. Bruce Rose officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Monday, December 29th at the Day & Carter Mortuary. Donations Information
