Mom, I know you are in heaven with Nate. I am trying hard to make sure that I will be able to see you both one day. I look forward to spending eternity with you two in a place where all slates are wiped clean and love is shown freely without the weight of the past. I am sorry we were unable to achieve that here. I thank you for the life I live regardless of anything that occurred afterwards. No matter what is written or said, you ARE my mother and I will always remember you as such no matter how imperfect our relationship was.
Rest in peace (you deserve it).
