Dear Family,
We will miss Riley's weekly visits to the shop and all the conversation about hunting, fishing, vacation, and of course politics. He was a fun loving guy and will be greatly missed.

To the family of a cousin I only knew during the time we were in school together.
I met Riley when Dale and Maxine moved to the Fayetteville area during the 50's. He was a few years younger than I, and we moved from the Bedford area in 58. After that I would occasionally see Dale around Fayetteville but I did not know Riley as an adult. The obituary sounds as if he had a full life with family and Church. I extend my sympathy in your loss. Joe Roberts

There has only been one "Riley Bill Roberts". Some would be thankful for that! He was a gentle, courageous and straight talking man. We shared some great times together at the family reunions and privately when he visited us with Dianne on our island in Southwest Florida.
His quick thinking, giggle and smile will be with us forever.
All our love to Dianne, Kelly, Dave, and all of the family. Be strong and make him proud of your courage in this difficult time.
