Obituary of Kay T. Hodges

Bedford-Kay T. Hodges, 44, of Bedford, died at 1:30 am Friday, May 21, 2004 at his residence. Born August 25, 1959in Bedford, IN he was the son of Ken and Connie (Wever) Hodges. He was employed at Visteon Systems in Bedford, IN. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bedford, IUE/CWA Union and a veteran of the U.S. Army serving from 1978 until 1982 and then from 1986 until 1990. Surviving is father and Step-Mother Sue Hodges; one daughter, Kristen Hodges at home and one son, Joe Hodges at home; one brother Chris Hodges and his wife Matilde of Virginia; one sister Kenna Hodges of Bedford. He was preceded in death by his mother in 1998. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, May 25th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day and Carter Mortuary with Rev. Jon Lineback officiating. Burial will follow at Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, May 24th,, and from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service on Tuesday, May 25th, at the Day and Carter Mortuary. Military rites will be accorded at the graveside by members of the Gillen Post #33 American Legion.
