My friend Adam....what a guy! I tell my kids the stories Adam told me of being at Anzio in WW II. It must have been terrifying. We had so many good times together at the PA Sign Shop & you taught me a lot. Rest in Peace my dear friend.

In saying goodbye to a colorful character, you cant help but smile and recall dozens of times He made Us laugh. I had the pleasure of staying with Uncle Adam and Helen in Fla. several times and for weeks at a time. Uncle Adam never stopped entertaining me. We would visit early over coffee and toast. After, Helen Uncle Adam and I would hit the road. Lunch, errands, sightseeing. We enjoyed planning where we would eat out that eve. Uncle loved seafood and he knew I did too - it was our treat. Helen didn't drink but she made sure the two of us could share a 'toddy'. We always found room for dessert too. I will miss his stories of the war and his travels. He loved to share. So happy I to have spent my visit with you and Helen. Rest in peace Uncle Adam.

I will miss having Adam come through my line at Jay C every Sunday. He was one of my favorite "grumpy old men". I loved the twinkle in his eyes as he griped and complained about everything. I always did get a smile out of him before he left but he would usually tell me he would have to get a job before he could afford to come back again. I will fondly remember Adam as one of my favorite customers and will miss seeing him on Sunday mornings.

I am so glad I finally got to meet the man affectionately known as "Uncle Adam" to the Chase family. Brian & I were so honored to have him at our wedding. Though I didn't have much time to chat with him, it didn't take me long to figure out that he was quite a character. He seemed like a very sweet man. Thankyou to Joe & Helen and family, for taking such good care of him all these yrs, and for bringing him up North one last time for all of us to see him. We greatly appreciated that. God bless you all during this difficult time. Cherish the memories. Sincerely, Gina & Brian Chase
