Obituary of Terry Wayne Bartlett

Bedford Terry Wayne Bartlett, 61, of Bedford, died Sunday, November 8, 2009. Born October 28, 1948 in Lawrence Co., he was the son of Sammy and Kathryn (Treadway) Bartlett. He was a security officer for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and a member of the Bartlettsville Christian Church. He was a veteran of the Viet Nam War serving with the U.S. Army and had served twenty years with the National Guard. Survivors include his mother, Kathryn, of Bedford; two brothers, Ronnie Lee Bartlett of Bloomington and John David Bartlett of Bedford; nieces and nephews, Ronald Bartlett, Mike Bartlett, John Paul Bartlett and Jessica Dawn Bartlett; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father; two brothers, Michael Ray and Randall Joe Bartlett. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, November 11th at the Bartlettsville Christian Church with Jim Fisher officiating. Burial will follow in Bartlettsville Christian Church Cemetery where military rites will be accorded at the graveside by members of Gillen Post #33 American Legion.. Friends may call from 11:00 am until the hour of service on Wednesday, November 11th at the Bartlettsville Christian Church.
