Obituary of Patricia Joan Patton

Bedford Patricia Joan Patton, 75, of 213 Riley Blvd., Bedford, died at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at Garden Villa in Bedford. Born November 19, 1933 in Muncie, IN, she was the daughter of Oliver and Flossie (Riley) Brown. She married Scott O. Patton on July 19, 1952 and he preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church. Survivors include one son, Jerry Patton and wife, Marcella of Orleans; one daughter, Cathy Miller and husband, Michael of Muncie; six grandchildren, Gregg Manor and Christopher Miller; Michael Kline, Josh Kline, Eric Kline and Amie Dietsch; fifteen great grandchildren; three sisters, Marjorie Jackson of Ohio, Mary Shively and Margaret Jones both of Muncie and one brother, James Brown of Muncie. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers, Warren, Danny and Melvin Brown and a great grandchild. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 pm on Saturday, April 4th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Beth Ann Cook officiating. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, April 3rd and from 12:00 noon until the hour of service on Saturday, April 4th at the Day & Carter Mortuary. View Video Tribute
