Obituary of Larry Michael Parsons

Bedford Larry Michael Parsons, 60, of 2600 Windwood Dr., Bedford, died at 4:33 pm on Saturday, October 29, 2005 at the Bloomington Hospital. Born January 28, 1945 in Vermillion Co., Illinois, he was the son of Claude and Grace (Huber) Handley. He married Jean Dines on June 19, 1971 and she survives. He was a machine operator for General Motors in Bedford and attended the First Assembly of God Church in Bedford. He was a member of U.A.W. Local 440. Survivors include his wife, Jean, of Bedford; children, Michael Parsons of Danville, IL; Kelly King and her husband, Bobby, of Albany, GA; Heather Parsons of Bloomington, IN; Emily Parsons and her fiance, Royce Reding of Springfield, MO; Mitchell Drake of Bedford, IN and Druscilla Wilson of Bedford, IN; two brothers, Steve and Kenny Parsons of Danville, IL; one sister, JoAnn Isaacson of Columbia, MO; four granddaughters, Kimberly Lewis, Samantha Parsons, Lindsey Parsons and Haley Parsons; his mother-in-law, Barbara Dines of Mitchell, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents, his father-in-law, James Dines and a sister-in-law, Karen Drake. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Wednesday, November 2nd from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor John Dodd and Pastor Glenn Duncan officiating.
