Obituary of Ervin O. Parker
Springville Ervin O. Parker, 78, of Springville, died at 7:55 pm on Thursday, April 1, 2010 at Garden Villa in Bedford.
Born September 9, 1931, in Springville, he was the son of Evett and Julia (Meadows) Parker. He was a graduate of Oolitic High School with the class of 1948. He was the owner of Parker Volkswagon in Springville and attended the Branham Tabernacle in Jeffersonville, IN. He married Anna Mae Glasgow and she survives.
Survivors include his mother, Julia Parker; three daughters, Kathy Mowery and husband, David of Bedford, Tina Bex and husband, Don, of Williams; Cheryl Annette Maudlin and husband, Brent, of Bedford; one son, Mike Parker of Springville; grandchildren, Darla Anderson and husband, Trent, Beth Godlevske and husband, Kurt, Michael Parker and wife, Charity, Larry Parker and wife, Lori, Dustin Parker and wife, Robin, Casie Marriage and husband, David, Dwayne Henderson, Trey Henderson, Rob Bex, Tanner Bex, Micah Parker, Sarah Martin, Jessie Maudlin and Zachary Maudlin; several great grandchildren; one brother, Bernard Parker and wife, Phyllis of Springville; four sisters, Verla Skinner and husband, Tom, of Oolitic, Wilma Swango and husband, Warren, Shirley Waggoner and husband, Carl, Brenda Flynn and husband, Lowell, all of Springville. He was preceded in death by his father, two daughters-in-law, Vicki Parker and Peggy Parker; one grandchild, Candy Parker. Funeral Information
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 6th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in Springville West Cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, April 5th at the Day & Carter Mortuary. Donations Information
