Obituary of Lola B. Norman

Bedford-Lola B. (White) Norman, 91, of Bedford passed away at 3:23 AM on Monday, September 12, 2011 at Johnsons Christian Village. Born June 21, 1920 in Heltonville, IN she was the daughter of Walter and Sarah (Fleetwood) White. She married Ermil Norman on February 17, 1940 and he survives. She was a member of the Central Church of Christ and a past member of the Home Demonstration Club. Survivors include her husband Ermil of Bedford; two sons: Robert L. Norman of Texas, and Walter Leroy Norman of Fort Wayne; five grand children: Tracy Brown and Jennifer Warren both of Fort Wayne, Scott, Darrin, and Nicole Norman all of Texas; four great grandchildren; one brother: Lloyd White and his wife Eva of Heltonville; one sister: Lorene Fox and her husband Don. She was preceded in death by her parents, and three brothers: Olin White, Ray White, and Lloyd White. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 15th 2011 in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Darryl Simon and Jack Byers officiating. Burial will follow in the Gilgal Cemetery in Heltonville. Friends may call from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Wednesday, September 16th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
