Obituary of Elizabeth Ann Noles

Portland Elizabeth Ann Libby Dick Noles, 51, of Portland, IN, passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2007 at her residence. Born March 16, 1956, in Bedford, she was the daughter of Charles and Margaret (Sons) Lane. She married Randy Noles, whom she met on Valentines Day in 1972. She was employed at Pretzels in Bluffton and Sheller Globe in Montpelier. Mrs. Noles loved to cook, fish, ride motorcycles and spend time with her grandchildren. Mrs. Noles leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Randy Noles of Portland; two daughters, Jamie Noles of Pennville and Talli Noles of Bluffton; a brother, Charles Gus Lane of North Vernon; five sisters, Wanda Hall and her husband, Billy of Fayetteville, Mary Arms of North Vernon, Brenda Gilbert of Columbia, KY, Betty Jo Gilbert of Owenton, KY, Susie Cane and her husband, Wilmer of Courtland; her mother-in-law, Marvilla Noles of Muncie; four grandchildren, Dylan Noles of Portland, Cayne Noles, Randy Noles and Nikia Elizabeth Noles all of Bluffton. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, September 11th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in the Talbot Cemetery in Lawrence Co. Friends may call from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and again from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday, September 9th at MJS Mortuaries-Redkey Chapel. Locally, visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and again from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, September 10th and from 11:00 am until the hour of service on Tuesday, September 11th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
