Maude was a very special person with a level of compasion that was rare to find. While always supportive and caring, Maude had a level of understanding of me that others did not. It may have been her ability to listen and see between the lines or just the genuine bond that we shared. I will sorely miss Maude but will charish the memories I have of her.
