Obituary of Dorothy J. Mosier

Bedford Dorothy J. Mosier, 84, of Bedford, died at 1:00 AM on Wednesday, August 01, 2012 at Garden Villa in Bedford. Born March 24, 1928 in Bedford, she was the daughter of Ora and Lula (Acton) Roberts. She married Lawrence Mosier on December 7, 1943 and he preceded her in death on May 16, 1987. She was a homemaker, a member of the Leatherwood Christian Church and Order of the Easter Star Ladies Auxiliary. Survivors include one son, Larry Mosier and wife, Nancy of Bedford; one granddaughter, Heather McGlothlin and husband, Russel of Portland, TN; one grandson, Larry Mosier, Jr. of Bedford; two great grandchildren, Anna and Bill McGlothlin of Portland, TN; one sister, Helen Wagner of Denver, CO. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, David and Howard Roberts. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 4th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in the Beech Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, August 3rd at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
