Obituary of Mabel E. McPike

BedfordMabel E. McPike of Westview Manor Nursing Home died at 10:10 A.M. Wednesday, December 03, 2003 at Westview Manor. Born in Lawrence County, Indiana she was the daughter of John W. McPike and Mary E. Harrell. She retired form Indiana Limestone Company in 1971 and was a member of the First Christian Church of Bedford. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, William, Harry, Earl and Roy McPike and two sisters, Nellie Hawkins and Edith Holmes. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 A.M. Friday, December 5th from the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Bob Dailey officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday, December 4th from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. and on Friday from 9:00 A.M. until the hour of service.
