I wish to extend my heartfelt condolences to the family of Fred Link whom I had the privilege to know and work with at Cummins Engine Co. in the 1970s and 80s. Fred was a highly respected leader of Program Management and always provided helpful and to-the-point support when we experienced unforeseen problems on our projects. Fred was a key reason why I liked my job and felt comfortable working under his tutelage. He will be missed and fondly remembered.
