I was so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. We were in a writing class together and his writing was so entertaining. He had a great sense of humor and was a favorite when we read our essays. He was easy-going, very intelligent and creative, at times funny enough to keep us laughing throughout his readings. I wish I could have known him better. In those days, he had a wire-haired terrier and took the best of care of that dog, so not surprising that he did the same for his current dogs. He was a great human being, and made a difference wherever he went. i am honored to have known him.
