The first ten years of my life, me, Terry Goodsey, and Charlie were the "three Musketeers." Played from daylight to dark. Charlie was a great guy. During the years, after moving to Florida, Charlie and I kept in touch. I am sorry for his wife and kids...I send my condolences. ~Mike Ryan

To Charlie’s family, praying you find comfort in knowing he’s in a much better place now. A place he deserves, after a job well done here on earth. Charlie was my kind of guy, and I know how much he’ll be missed. I didn’t know him as long as most, but am thankful I got to meet, and be a small part in this man’s life. A man’s family is his legacy, well done sir.

We are so sad to hear of Charley's death.. He & Debbie are good people...just like Chick & Icey were. Charley was always kind, polite & hard-working. My brothers were very close to the Crane's, hanging out at Crane's Marathon Station in Oolitic years ago, where they not only had a good time, but learned to serve others,. Charley had a big heart and was always helping people, expecting nothing in return. I know he really loved his family, and he and Debbie have done a lot of good, both for their family, our community, and for God. I am thankful to have known the Crane's and glad our lives have crossed paths in many ways through the years. God has been good to all of us and blessed us with each other's friendship. Praying for God to help you all in your grief, and praying that it helps to know you are not the only ones grieving. We care and will miss Charley, too. Sending Debbie hugs. ✝️
