Ron and I both graduated with the Class of 1963 at Oolitic High School. On Class Day, he and Larry Cummings played guitar, so I had to smile when I read that he had been invited to play with Gene Simmons. He was a fun guy with a good sense of humor. I had not seen him since his brother Dennis passed but except for his white hair and a few wrinkles, he still looked the same as he had in school. Until he moved back from FL, i didn't see him much but I saw his Mom, Lois, sometimes meeting her for breakfast, and of course, Dennis and I were good friends. I have memories of Ron making me laugh because he sat behind me in class and was always trying to get me in trouble. He loved his family very much and I'm sure will be missed by many people, as well as our other classmates. I am glad to have known him and wish we could have seen each other more after he moved back. My heart goes out to his family and i will keep them all in my thoughts and prayers and pray that God can comfort their sad hearts. Hugs to all his family.
