Obituary of Sandra Bartley

Bedford – Sandra Bartley, 85, of Bedford and Ocala, FL, passed away Monday, February 12, 2024, in Florida. Born January 4, 1939, in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Roy Mitchell Crafton and Goldie (Hatfield) Crafton O’Dell. She married Harold Bartley on June 10, 1956, and he preceded her in death on November 17, 2020. She graduated from Ivy Tech and Vincennes University. She had been an LPN and the Hospitality House and retired as a registered nurse from Dunn Memorial Hospital. She was a member of the Englewood Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Debra Strahl, of Florida; three grandchildren, Allison (Tim) England, of Mitchell, Tyler (Sophie) Strahl, of Ft. Wayne, and Micaela (Kyle) Harrison, of Indianapolis; a daughter-in-law, Joyce Bartley, of Lizton. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, Michael Bartley, and a brother, Robert Arnold. A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
