Obituary of Michael Patrick Parenti

Bedford – Michael Patrick Parenti, 57, of Bedford, passed away on Sunday, September 24, 2023, at his residence. Born December 7, 1965, in Chicago, IL, he was the son of Ralph and Ruby (Reynolds) Parenti. He married Mary Scott, and she preceded him in death. He was employed in shipping and assembly line work for Stone City Products. Survivors include a son, Michael Robert Parenti, of Bedford; six siblings, Wayne Mitchell and wife, Bobbi, of CA, Thomas Lee Boeck, of IL, David Mitchell and wife, Laurie, of NC, Darlene Boeck, of IN, Ralph Parenti and wife, Judi, of IL, and James Parenti and wife, Diane, of IN; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Thursday, September 28th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Brent O’Neal officiating. Burial will follow in Patton Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the hour of service Thursday, at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
