I enjoyed sitting with Merle and listening to all the music that he used to enjoy through his lifetime… not just one kind of music, but many from different eras… he was a bright and interesting man. Soft-spoken and kind. He would refer to me as aunt B either, because he couldn’t remember my name or because I reminded him of aunt Bea from Mayberry. Lay back Merle into a soft cloud and enjoy the choir of angels around you. You deserve the peace that only comes from God.
