Obituary of Donna M. Moore

Oolitic – Donna M. (Todd) Moore, 86, of Oolitic, passed away at 3:05 pm on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at Golden Living Center in Bloomington. Born April 4, 1936, in New Castle, IN, she was the daughter of John and Dorothy (Malott) Todd. She married John L. Moore on June 18, 1955, and he preceded her in death. She had worked at NWSC Crane and retired as a clerk at K-Mart. Survivors include two daughters, Shirley Teegen and husband, Kenneth and Kathy Basler, all of Mitchell; two grandsons, Leif Aaron Teegen, of Noblesville and John Wesley Teegen, of Indianapolis; one granddaughter, Shayla Basler, of Mitchell; four great-grandchildren, Noah and Ethan Teegen, Michael and Emerald Green; a sister, Sandra Allen, of Bloomfield; a brother, James Todd, of Fayetteville; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a son, Kenneth Wayne Moore. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 15th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in the Old Union Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, November 14th and from 10:00 am until the hour of service on Tuesday, at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
