Obituary of Allen Wayne Fields

Springville – Allen Wayne Fields, 77, of Springville, passed away at 9:25 am on Friday, December 24, 2021, at his residence. Born September 11, 1944, in Bedford, he was the son of Charles and Violet (Pierce) Fields. He married Loretta Lee Turner on December 1, 1962, and she survives. He was a heavy machine operator for Elliott Stone Co. and of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his wife, Loretta, of Springville; two children, Cheryl Renae Fields-Wease and husband, Jerry, of Springville and Bradley Scott Fields and wife, Sharon, of Springville; five grandchildren, Joshua Paul Fields-Wells, Bethany Ann Wells, Kelsie Rae Buhr and husband, Joshua, Kaelie Renae Dobson and husband, Steve, and Victor Allen Fields; six great grandchildren, Taydin Fields-Wells, Tayleon Fields-Wells, Keagan Buhr, Ryder Buhr, Abra Dobson, and Hadlee Dobson; his beloved four legged baby, Emily, which he loved so much. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Dwayne Allen Fields on December 1, 2020; a grandson, Zecheriah Dane Wells; three brothers, Charles, Jr., Cecil, and Carl and a sister, Maggie. A Celebration of Life will be from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at the Company Concourse, 1402 ‘H’ Street, Bedford. Family and friends may express condolences at www.daycarter.com.
