Obituary of Diana Hanners

Bedford – Diana Hanners, 53, of Bedford, passed away at 9:55 pm on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at her residence. Born January 28, 1968, in Lawrence Co., she was the daughter of Robert and Marie (Miller) Lake. She was a homemaker and crafter. Survivors include two sons, William Hanners, of Bloomington and Carl Hanners, of Evansville; a step-daughter, Shilah (Kevin) Baker, of Evansville; five sisters, Carolyn Harrison, Vera Glasgow, Karen Parker, Rosella Sons, and Bonnie Hughes; two brothers, Randy Lake and Davy Miller; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, Merle Hughes, Jane Sykes and Marvetta Baker; a brother, Donnie Watson. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, August 17th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Father Don Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery.
