Mrs. Hickman was one of my favorite instructors at Oakland City University. She always had a life story to share with students. To her it was not always about teaching the subject. She taught and shared life skills. She loved every one of her students as her own and wanted to see them succeed in school and in life. It is such a blessing to have known her. Rest well, Beautiful Lady!

Liz lived life to the fullest ! Her smile was contagious and loved her husband, Tony and family so much. They traveled and would share their pictures, always smiling for us to see on FB. We have had many wonderful trips and memories with Liz and Tony. I met Liz when she started dating Tony. We never had a time when we didn't laugh and make memories. Sure am going to miss her. Love to all of her family.

I've known Liz since high school with double dating and visiting each other when she would come to Bedford to visit. Her love for the Lord stretched to others as she devoted her life to spread the love of Jesus. She will be greatly missed. May God give comfort to Tony and the rest of the family during this time of sorrow. She is now with the Lord.
