So sad to hear this morning of the passing of Eldon Madding. He was such a fine man! He was my Mother's boss at Sears for many years and oh how she loved and respected him. The handsome Madding family were a delightful sight at church and there was a guaranteed warm and friendly smile from Eldon. I'm so happy I ran into him a few weeks back as he was visiting Esther and we had an opportunity to reminisce about the old Sears crew! This honorable husband and father is irreplaceable but all the happy memories and meaningful moments will live on forever! My most heartfelt sympathies to all!

So very sorry for your loss. This man had a smile and laugh that was infectious. We’ll miss the card games and his many stories about growing up with all those brothers and his one sister. Eldon, was certainly a one of a kind, good man, and a wonderful grandfather to our granddaughters, Lauren and Gabriella. Many fond memories over the years but one of my fondest is how Eldon could lead his beautiful wife Esther around the dance floor. I loved watching them dance!
