Obituary of George F Kneisel

Bedford George F. Kneisel, 81, of 330 Hawthorne Dr., Bedford, died at 9:44 pm on Sunday, January 26, 2003 at Dunn Memorial Hospital. Born September 25, 1921 in Alberta, Canada, he was the son of Peter and Emma (Wyler) Kneisel. He married Doris Adams on August 4, 1946 and she survives. He was a chiropractor in Bedford retiring after forty-eight years of practice. He was a member of the Bedford Masonic Lodge #14 F & AM, the Elks Lodge of Bedford, the Eagles Lodge of Bedford and past president of the Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce. Surviving with his wife, Doris, are three daughters, Terry Mull of Atlanta, GA; Vicki May of California and Jamie Pestridge of Loveland, CO; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren and one brother, Ernest Kneisel of Canada. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters. Funeral Information A memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 pm on Thursday, January 30, 2003 from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Russ Sage officiating. Friends may call from 1:30 pm until the hour of service on Thursday at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
