Obituary of Marilyn Sue Hunsaker

Bedford – Marilyn Sue Hunsaker,79, of Bedford, died at 6:30 am on Friday, March 29, 2019 at her residence.

Born September 2, 1939 in Lawrence Co., she was the daughter of Charles and Mabel (Sanders) Schooley. She married Dave Hunsaker on July 13, 1957 and he survives. She had been the owner of the Yarn Nook and Greystone Gift Shop. She enjoyed the casino, quilting, sewing and crafting.

Survivors include her husband, Dave, of Bedford; a daughter, Jill Perdue and husband, Edd, of Bedford; a son, Barry Hunsaker and wife, Toni, of Bedford; five grandchildren, Michael Hunsaker and wife, Cassandra, Jansen Perdue, Jenna Ellingsworth and husband, Cody, Morgan Hunsaker, and Brennan Hunsaker; three great-grandchildren, Jerzey Ellingsworth, Matt and Nick Hunsaker. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Monday, April 1^st in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Joan Smoke officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery.
