Obituary of Jeremy Frederick Jackson
Bedford-Jeremy “Jerry” Frederick Jackson, 73, of Bedford died at 6:16 pm on Friday, March 15, 2019 at I.U Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Born September 10, 1945 in Bedford, IN he was the son of James Franklin and Helen Maude (Percy) Jackson. He married Rena Kay Brown and she survives. He retired as a Master Trooper with the Indiana State Police, retiring out of the Bloomington Post, formerly serving out of the Evansville Post. He was a veteran of the Army National Guard and served on the North Lawrence Water Board.
Survivors include his wife Rena of Bedford, one daughter, Kim Jackson Maudlin and her husband Lewis of Bedford, one son, Jeremy Jackson and his wife Mai-Lin of Bedford, one grandson, Connor Jackson Maudlin. He was preceded in death by his parents.
The family will host a remembrance with friends Friday, March 22nd from 6-9 pm at the Stone City FOP, 94 Stone City Drive, Bedford, IN. Jerry Jackson stories are invited.
