Karen and family I was shocked to read about Frances she was a good woman just like her mother . my heart breaks for you all but now she has joined the family . I am back in Indiana now maybe I can see you one day when the weather lets up . My fear of of falling has kept me inside in winter now. I can see them all in heaven playing sunk or there many games they all enjoyed. And eatng. Some day we all will see them again. And what a blessing it will be..

Miss Mary was a lovely lady inside and out. I will never forget her kind and fun heart. Every day was full of laughter and joy when you were with Mary and she was never contrary, regardless of the little game we played of "Mary Mary Quite Contrary." I just received word that Mary has passed. Words cannot describe the love and admiration I have for her and Merle. I met them as a farm hand working for them, they became true family to me. I have never met another couple that could exemplify what we should be in life like they did. Honest, hard working and totally committed to each other. While I am sad that she has passed, I am also very happy that they will be together again. I love you and miss you both. Von Meadows
