Obituary of Effie Lorene Clark

Norman- Effie Lorene Clark, 95, of Norman, IN , died Saturday, December 09, 2017 at her residence. 

Born November 30, 1922 in Jackson County, IN, she was the daughter of Claude Matthew and Sarah Lou Effie (Baker) Henderson.  She married Harold Lloyd Clark on March 7, 1959 and he preceded her in death on December 20, 1999.  She was a production worker for Dura in Brownstown for 16 years, retiring in 1985.  She attended the Freetown Church of the Nazarene.

Survivors include two daughters: Paula Henderson of Freetown, and Beth Conrad and her husband Paul of Leesville; two grandchildren: Brandon Conrad of Bloomington and Sarah Perry and her husband Stephen of Bedford.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am on Tuesday, December 12th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Reverend Donovan Newport officiating.  Burial will follow in the Leesville Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 4 pm until 8 pm on Monday, December 11th at Day & Carter Mortuary.  Family and friends may express condolences at www.daycarter.com.
