I just learned about the passing of Lois today when the alumni magazine from Marian College arrived in the mail. She and I graduated from nursing school in the same class, l moved away after graduation but I still remember her kindness, generosity and sense of humor. I feel lucky to have known her.
My condolences to her family.

I am very sorry that I am unable to come to Lois Ann's funeral. I have had so many conflicts with my volunteering this week and could not get everything covered. I do plan to attend the Grant family reunion and would like to do a memorial for Lois Ann at that time. If any of you have memories, pictures or other things to share I would appreciate receiving them. Hopefully, some of you will be able to come in July. My thoughts and prayers are with you all!

I was able to know her through Hillcrest Church me and my husband served her communion and she was always had a smile on her face and was so and nice to us when we came to see her.
