My condolences to the family. The loss of a loved one is never easy. May our loving God continue to bless and strengthen you as you remember that his Word the Bible at John 5:28, 29 says that there is going to be a resurrection. With this promise it is possible for you to see him again. The best Friend a bereaved person can have is our Creator, Jehovah God. We are encouraged at 1 Peter 5:7 to pour out our heart to him in prayer because "he cares for you." Moreover, he promises that all who do so will have their thoughts and feelings soothed by "the peace of God that surpasses all understanding." (Philippians 4:6, 7) Please allow God to help you heal by means of his Word, the Bible along with the site www.jw.org that has a wealth of information about what will happen to those asleep in death and for all who are living. I was going to go down to Bedford after work, but many are telling me not to. I'm super sad. I wanted to pay my condolences in person. Asa was a wonderful man! I am pretty sure he was at every BNL Lady Stars game that I ever played in. More recently, he came to Murray and watched us play softball. Two summers ago, he and I had a really in depth conversation about life and moving on and how some people never change. He was like a grandpa to me. He will be greatly missed. Murray will never be the same. ❤️️
