Obituary of Edna M. Terrell

Bedford – Edna M. “Peggy” Terrell, 95, of Bedford, died Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at I.U. Health Bedford Hospital. Born April 22, 1921 in Muncie, IN, she was the daughter of Harry and Trula Chase Merry Beasley. She married Floyd T. Terrell on May 10, 1937 and he preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and member of the Spice Valley Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, James S. Terrell and wife, Pam, and Jack Terrell and wife, Brenda, all of Bedford; three grandchildren, Chris S. Terrell and wife, Ronetta, Keven Terrell and Jason Terrell; four great grandchildren, Carrie B. Terrell, Samantha J. Terrell, Kirsten M. Terrell and Spencer B. Terrell. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sons, Jerry and Gene Terrell and a grandson, J. Chris Terrell. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 31st in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Kenny Fisher officiating. Burial will follow in the Port Williams Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until the hour of service on Saturday, December 31st at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
