Obituary of A Kent Stahl

Bedford – A. Kent Stahl, 58, of Bedford, died at 7:07 pm on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at I.U. Health Bloomington Hospital. Born June 25, 1958, in Cincinnati, OH, he was the son of Marvin Alan and Pat (Carr) Stahl. He was a graduate of Bedford North Lawrence High School with the class of 1976. He attended Vincennes University and Indiana State University. He married Lucinda Head on May 28, 2007 and she survives. He was a salesman and plant supervisor at AKKA Plastics in Mitchell, and was an artist. He loved the ocean and was an avid Surfer and swimmer. He loved history, especially the Civil War. Survivors include his wife, Lucinda, of Bedford; two daughters, Jessica Ann Stahl, of New York and Tricia Lee Stahl, of Bedford; a son, Stone Alan Tripp Stahl, of Bedford; his parents, Marvin and Pat, of Bedford; a sister, Kevin Ann Stahl, of Scottsdale, AZ. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 19th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Gary Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the hour of service on Saturday, November 19th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
