My condolences to the family. The loss of a loved one is never easy. May God strengthen you as you remember his Word the Bible says at Acts 24:15 that there is going to be a resurrection. With this hope it is possible for you to see him again. At times such as this the best Friend a bereaved person could have is our Creator, Jehovah God. We are encouraged at 1 Peter 5:7 to pour out our heart to him in prayer because " he cares for you." Moreover, he promises that all who do so will have their thoughts and feelings soothed by "the peace that surpasses all understanding." (Philippians 4:6, 7) Also, allow God to help you heal by means of his Word the Bible. I feel so blessed to be raised in Needmore among some of the finest people God ever made. Spending so much time at the Goodman home playing with Shona and Diana I saw first hand the love and loyalty Denny had for his family and friends. It was never more apparent than when he was helping his siblings care for their mother so she wouldn't have to leave her home. Godspeed Denny, till we meet again.

I was so sorry to hear of Denny's passing. When I took care of Phyllis for a short time, Denny, Phyllis, and I would sit for a couple hours every morning around that kitchen table drinking lots of coffee of course. There, I was fortunate enough to hear many stories and words of wisdom from them both. It was always something i have and always will cherish. Denny was an amazing man and the world will be a lesser place without him.
