Obituary of William G. Baker

Bedford – William G. “Bill” Baker, 61, of Bedford, died at 3:00 am on Monday, February 8, 2016 at I.U. Health Bloomington Hospital. Born December 25, 1954 in Bedford, he was the son of Gene F. and Barbara (Webb) Baker. He retired from General Motors and was a member of the Elks Lodge. Survivors include his life-partner, Linda Buzek and her children, Alyssa Prince and Jamie Mollet; his siblings, Vicky Lynn Beedie and husband, James, Steve Aronson and companion, Darla Dixon, all of Bedford, Janet Carter, of Heltonville, Linda Breedlove and companion, Phil Bartlett, of Bedford, Sandy Butler and husband, Scott, of Orleans; his special friends, Dave and Diane Klumpp several nieces and nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 13th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with John Lee officiating. Burial will be in Dive Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the hour of service on Saturday, February 13th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
