Frank Tanksley was a good man. It's always sad when we lose someone of Frank's caliber because we have so few really good men in this world. I worked with and respected Frank for more years than I care to remember. We were friends and people you can truly call friends are too few also. Frank you will be missed, but please let his family know that he will always be thought about. Our condolences to all who will miss him.
