Obituary of Mary Catherine Zuttarelli

Oolitic – Mary Catherine Zuttarelli, 100, of Oolitic, died at 9:00 pm on Monday, April 20, 2015 at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital. Born November 23, 1914 in Alto Monte, Provincia Cosenza, Italy, she was the daughter of Ralph and Sophia (Paledino) Ross. She married Tony Zuttarelli on August 18, 1934 and he died in September 1967. She retired from RCA in Bloomington and was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Survivors include two sons, James Zuttarelli of Bloomington and Ralph Zuttarelli of Bedford; two daughters, Mary Louise Morgan of Bedford and Sarah Bryant of Oolitic; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; a half-sister, Theresa Carter of Oolitic. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and two half-sisters, Mary Ruth Bundy and Josephine Mosier; a half-brother, Frank Bellush, Jr. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 25th at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church with Father Rick Eldred officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, April 24th at the Day & Carter Mortuary where a rosary service will be conducted at 7:30 pm.
