Obituary of Lura Farene Hatley
Indianapolis Lura Farene Hatley, 74, of Indianapolis, died August 23, 2006 at her residence.
Born April 22, 1932, she was the daughter of Chester Vivan and Lela (Mitchell) Baker. She first married Donald Tuggle and later married Robert E. Hatley. She was an inspector for Western Electric in Indianapolis for thirteen years retiring in 1984. She was of the Jehovahs Witness faith.
Survivors include two sons, Bill Tuggle of Fairland, IN and Tim Tuggle of Hudson, FL; one daughter, Lona Lucas of Rockville, IN; two step-daughters, Tammy Tutterow of Indianapolis and Cindy Parish of Little Rock, Arkansas; sisters, Anna Mae George, Cleo Watson and Wanda Price; brothers, Robert Baker and William Baker; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Winfred Baker; three sisters, Geneva L. Baker, Dorothy Rost and Kathleen Castle. Funeral Information
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Friday, August 25th at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Silverville. No calling hours are scheduled. Arrangements are under the direction of the Day & Carter Mortuary.
