Obituary of Jack E. Hanna
Springville Jack E. Hanna, 73, of 2224 N. Pike Road, Bedford, IN, died at 6:41 pm on Wednesday, November 10, 2004 at Bloomington Hospital.
Born July 2, 1931 in Bloomington, he was the son of Earl and Monzelle (Quackenbush) Hanna. He married Claudia Farley Meadows in 1973 and she survives. He was retired from RCA and had been self-employed and had worked for Indiana University as an usher and guard for sporting events. He was a member of Mt. Pleasant Christian Church and Gillen Post #33 American Legion. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Surviving with his wife, Claudia are two daughters, Patty Siscoe of Oregon and Debbie Drunkers of Bloomington; four step-children, Darryl Meadows of Mooresville, Randall Meadows of Indianapolis, Judy Lamar of Brownsburg and Joann Hearld of Henderson, TN; fourteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren and one sister, Phyllis Davis of Ellettsville, IN and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one son, Douglas. Funeral Information
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 13th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Gary Baker and Raymond Robertson officiating. A committal service will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Saturday at White Lick Cemetery in Mooresville. Friends may call from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, November 12th at the Day & Carter Mortuary
