Obituary of Ranford K. Hall DPM
Bedford Dr. Ranford K. Hall, DPM, 55, of Bedford, passed away at 9:24 pm on Tuesday, August 29, 2006 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
Born November 20, 1950 in Boston, MA, he was the son of Denton E. and Marjorie A. (Buck) Hall. He was a Podiatrist in private practice and on staff at Dunn Memorial Hospital and Bedford Regional Medical Center. Dr. Hall was a member and past president of the Indiana State Podiatric Medical Assoc. He was also a pilot, scuba diver, amateur photographer and board member of the Tulip Trace Council of Girl Scouts. He married Charlene Ritter on May 19, 1973.
Survivors include his wife, Charlene, of Bedford; his parents, Denton and Marjorie, of Indianapolis; one son, Lt. Brian E. Hall, USN and his wife, Sarah of Lexington Park, Maryland; one daughter, Elizabeth A. Hall of Baltimore, Maryland; two grandchildren, Garrett O. and Hannah C. Hall; three brothers, Richard Hall and his wife, Linda of Ft. Wayne, IN, Daniel Hall and his wife, Virginia of Fishers, IN and Michael Hall of Indianapolis, IN; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 2nd from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with his brother-in-law, Rev. James Dodson officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, September 1st and from 9:30 am until the hour of service on Saturday at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
