Obituary of Michael Wayne Gregory

Bedford Michael Wayne Gregory, 56, of Bedford, died at 2:00 am on Saturday, May 9, 2009 at his residence. Born October 1, 1952 in Lawrence Co., he was the son of Howard and Dodie (Albertson) Gregory. He married Denise Gregory in 1998. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving during the Viet Nam War and was disabled. Survivors include two daughters, Rebecca Gregory of Charleston, S.C. and Michaela Gregory of Kansas City, MO; one son, Jeremy Teagarten of Bedford; four brothers, David Joe Gregory of Mitchell, Jeff Roberts of Scottsburg, Brian Roberts of Buddha and Doyne Gregory of Kansas City, MO; one sister, Debbie Gregory of Kansas City, MO; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Darrell Gregory and his grandparents. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 pm on Thursday, May14th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Reno Bates officiating. Burial will follow in the Freedom Cemetery near Cambellsburg, IN with military rites accorded at the graveside by members of the Gillen Post #33 American Legion. Friends may call from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, May 13th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
