Obituary of Marjorie Helen Grecco

Bedford - Marjorie Helen Grecco, 91, of 312 2nd Street, Oolitic, died at 4:55 p.m. on Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at the Dunn Memorial Hospital. Born February 11, 1918 in Heltonville, she was the daughter of Ray R. and Ruth Anne (Todd) Roberts. She married Philip Grecco on September 17, 1939 and he preceded her in death on April 17, 1978. She was a homemaker and a member of the Heltonville Methodist Church. Prior to her illness she enjoyed yahtzee, board games, crossword puzzles, playing cards, bowling cooking and gardening. Survivors include two daughters, Carmella Murray of Fenton, MI, Janet Pritchett and her husband Patrick of Bedford, five grandchildren, Elizabeth Horton and husband Curtis of Fenton, MI, Thomas Murray and wife Patricia of Harper Woods, MI, Denny Pritchett of Brownstown, Annette Norrick and husband Seth of Oolitic and Bethany Melvin and her husband Jason of Bedford, six great grandchildren and two on the way, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Philip, two brothers, Robert and Eugene Roberts and two sisters, Geneva Wagoner and Betty Oltmans. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 2, 2010 from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Jeff Hauersperger officiating. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service on Saturday January 2nd at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
