Obituary of Brenda Lou George

East Oolitic Brenda Lou George, 68, of 54 Mason Street, East Oolitic, died at 10:12 pm on Sunday, April 1, 2012 at I.U. Health Bedford Hospital. Born February 10, 1944 in Lawrence Co., she was the daughter of Bill and Mary (Oliver) Canada. She married Kenneth George on December 28, 1986 and he survives. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Kenneth of East Oolitic; eleven children, Randy Shinos, Ramey Shinos, Steve Wright, Diane Fee, Kevin Wright, Christopher Wright, Angie Wright, Jenny Reynolds, Joey Wright, Rachel Morris and Jessica George; three step-children, Troy George, Rhonda Parks and Judy Baugh; thirty-eight grandchildren and one brother, Larry Canada. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Information Memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Friday, April 6th at Dive Christian Church with Johnny Johnson officiating. No calling hours are scheduled. Arrangements are under the direction of the Day & Carter Mortuary.
