Obituary of Pauline Gaither

Bedford Pauline Gaither, 89, of Bedford, passed away on Sunday evening, December 19, 2004 at the Bloomington Hospital. Born December 13, 1915, she was the daughter of John Henry and Visa (Lowe) Green. She married Curtis B. Gaither on March 10, 1937 and he preceded her in death on July 7, 1977. She was a homemaker and a member of the Central Church of Christ in Bedford. Survivors include one son, Wayne Gaither of Bedford; three daughters, Bonnie Harville, Paula Gaither and Terri Hodges all of Bedford; two sisters, Aliene Stivers and Marva Baker both of Kentucky; seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one infant daughter, Patricia, her husband, Curtis, one grandson, Steve Gaither, one brother, James and two sisters, Alma and Lillian Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 21st from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Wilbur Fields officiating. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, December 20th and from 9:00 am until the hour of service on Tuesday, December 21st at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
