Obituary of James R. Fowler

Bedford James (Jay) R. Fowler, 51, of 1604 12th Street, Bedford, died at 7:40 pm on Wednesday, June 25, 2003 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Born July 26, 1951 in Springfield, IL, he was the son of Edward and Lillian (Begando) Fowler. He was an instrument engineer working world wide. Surviving are three brothers, Kent Fowler of Sweeny, TX, Bruce Fowler of Phoenix, AZ and Ty Fowler of Atlanta, GA; one sister, Donna Fowler of Bedford; three nephews; one niece and two great nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Saturday, June 28th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor David Sams officiating. Cremation will follow. Friends may call from 9:00 am until the hour of service on Saturday, June 28th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
